Being Smart About Security That Is Wordpress

A half and year taught us that WordPress security shouldn't be dismissed by any means. Between 15% and 20% of the planet's high traffic websites are powered by WordPress. The fact it is an Open Source platform and everyone has access to its Source Code makes it a tempting prey for hackers.



WordPress cloning, as it applies to secure your wordpress site, is the act of making an exact copy of your WordPress install. What is great is that with the right software, you can do it in just a few clicks. There are a lot of reasons. Here are only a few.

Strong passwords - Do your best to use a password, alpha-numeric. Easy to remember passwords are also easy try these out to guess!

For me it's a WordPress plugin. They're drop dead simple to install, have all the features you need for a job such as this, and are relatively inexpensive, especially when compared to having to hire someone to have this done for you.

It's time use this person's name and identity and to register for a Facebook accounts. Once I get it all set up, I'll be telling you posing as your friend and asking you to be friends with me on Facebook (or Twitter, or whichever societal site).

These are three things you can do to maintain WordPress secure without plugins. Set a blank Index.html file in your folders, run your web host security scan and backup your whole account.
